Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how WitAndHeart, a store operated by Trylonix Corp. (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit witandheart.com or place an order with us. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to sell and ship made-to-order gifts, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Order information. When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details so we can produce and deliver your item and send you order updates.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card number.
- Communications. If you email our support address, we keep your message and contact details so we can help you and follow up.
- Usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that reports aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information.
How we use your information
- To process, produce, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
- To send transactional email — order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to your support requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To understand aggregate site traffic and improve our products and pages.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the store, and only as needed to provide their service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Printful — printing and shipping your order (receives your name and shipping address).
- Resend — sending our transactional and support email.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
- Plausible — aggregate, cookieless analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
Our analytics are cookieless, and we do not use advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process your payment and prevent fraud. Your browser also stores a small preference for light/dark theme on your device only.
Data retention
We keep order and communication records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.
International transfers
We ship to and serve customers in several countries, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the UK, EU, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at support@witandheart.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
